Tournament Rules	Return
Winner - first to reach 21 shots. Entrants must be members of Lanarkhire Bowling Association Clubs. All entrants shall be at least 14 years of age on or before the first day of the tournament. No substitutions allowed and no refunds given. Games need not take place on neutral greens. Grey trousers and white shirts - or registered club colours - must be worn from the section final onwards (ie last 2 days - Thursday and Sunday), improper  dress will be  disqualified from play.  Smart, but casual, dress will be permitted for all other rounds (no football colours permitted)  -  any colour of bowling  shoes will be permitted for all rounds. All ties should be played as scheduled (***) unless otherwise approved by 'Lanarkshire Masters' tournament Coordinator or President. For all games 10 minutes late allowance will be permitted. Ties must be completed on rink drawn  unless rink becomes unplayable due to external  infuences. All clubs, who have offered the use of their greens will be asked to provide 'markers' and one 'umpire' if possible -  if this is not possible competitors will need to mark their own tie. All  disputes will be decided by the 'Lanarkshire Masters' committee whose decision will be final.
***  In the event of Lanarkshire South and/or West  reaching the final of the Andrew Hamilton Trophy - to be played at  Mount Vernon B.C. on  Sunday 19 July 2009 at 1.00pm - players involved will be permitted to play their first round tie during the period Monday 13 July to Saturday 18 July - we would kindly ask their opponents to be obliging in the event of this situation arising. Players affected wil be responsble for arranging both the venue and time of their re-arranged first round tie - the 'Lanarkshire Masters' tournament Coordinator or President should be kept fully informed of any re-arranged first round ties
